El Molino was lovingly renovated through our own efforts and now shines with its elegant white amidst the refreshing green of the Waldviertel landscape in which it is nestled. The Thaya gently hugs the grounds and meanders through meadows and along mighty trees.
A garden like a park offers tranquility and a very special sense of well-being. Here, celebrations, weddings, and anniversaries become an unforgettable event.
El Molino has space for up to 30 people, and you’ll find everything in one place – including individually designed bedrooms with single and multi-bed rooms, a seminar room with mattresses, common rooms, lovingly designed seating areas, – as well as a soundproof seminar room with a music system, where night owls can still celebrate while early risers comfortably slumber in their beds in the evening.
The entire area is exclusively available to your group of 15 people or more, offering you numerous opportunities for undisturbed conversations and connecting family time.

Whether in our large “Buddha – Lounge” in oriental style (245 m²), in our glass seminar room “Thaya” directly by the river (42 m²), our rustic seminar room “Samadhi” with wooden floor and fireplace (70 m²), or our modern group or treatment room Bliss (25 m²). You're sure to find the perfect ambiance for your event here!
The seminar rooms are equipped with a professional sound system (including two CD players and MP3 connection) and dimmable lighting. With flipchart, pens, TV, and DVD player, you'll quickly get into the right mood for your upcoming presentations, tasks, and projects!
El Molino impresses with its lovingly decorative elements that make the entire house a unique and special location for your event. Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can relax in the garden or take a walk along the 1.5 km long 'Thaya' river.
In our large parking lot, right next to the seminar center, not only you but also your guests will find a free parking space for your car. This way, you can conveniently unload all your equipment and later store it back in the car!
In the immediate vicinity of our seminar rooms is our kitchen, which you can book additionally for your seminar, as well as a small buffet room and the dining area, which is included in the basic price. This ensures your guests are quickly supplied with delicious drinks or enjoy their breaks with a shared meal.
At El Molino, more than 30 comfortable and stackable chairs are available for you to set up or put aside according to your wishes.

In our house, up to 28 people can stay overnight in lovingly furnished single and multi-bed rooms. In the individually designed common areas, you can experience an incomparable and unforgettable time with your entire team!
Small but fine bathrooms are available in El Molino, right next to the seminar rooms and on every floor. So you never have to walk far when you're in a hurry!
