El Molino seminar house offers sleeping accommodations for up to 28 people, who can be accommodated in single, double, and multi-bed rooms. Whether “Sunflower”, “Blue Moon”, or “Rose” – not only the names of the rooms attest to a nature-loving and very individual charm. Be it the natural materials that enliven the rooms, the view from the window into the greenery, loving decorations on tables and cabinets, or pretty curtains on the windows. Our rooms will help you to come back to yourself after an exciting day and feel wonderfully at home.
Parking
In our Large Parking Lot, not Only You but also your Guests Will Find Ample Space for Their Vehicles. Since the Lot is Directly Next to the House, Luggage Can be Conveniently and Calmly Unloaded from the Car.
Towels Bed Linen
Cozy and clean hand and bath towels are ready for you in your freshly prepared room. So you have more space in your suitcase for the really beautiful things! The different towel colors ensure there's no mix-up.
Shower WC
Some of our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom WC. Otherwise, we guarantee you the use of shared bathrooms in close proximity to your sleeping area. So you never have to walk far!
Washing Machine
Is your favorite piece of clothing not as clean and fresh as you'd like it to be? For a small fee, you can use our laundry service and get your garment back soon, fully cleaned and dried.
Wardrobe Coat Rack
In each room, wardrobes and coat racks are available for you. This way, your things stay clean and protected, so you feel good the next time you go out too.
Room Key
For a deposit, each guest receives their own house and room key. This way, your valuables are always securely locked, and you can freely decide when you want to leave or return to the house.

For small and large gatherings, you have not only our cozy seating areas and charming terraces in the courtyard and garden at your disposal. Also in the winter garden, in the dining room, or in the “Buddha Lounge” – thanks to our atmospherically furnished rooms, you will always find a spot for smaller and larger get-togethers.
DINING ROOM
The dining room offers space for over 30 people and, with its central location next to the kitchen, the seminar room, and the “Buddha Lounge”, is a suitable choice for experiencing the group during a shared meal and engaging in exciting conversations. This way, no one is left alone!
BUDDHA LOUNGE
Welcome to our Buddha Lounge! At 245m², it is probably the largest room in our seminar center and creates a feeling of liveliness, joy of life, and inspiration through its oriental furnishings! On comfortable lounge sofas, you spend time with your group, enjoy social life, or the wonderful ambiance of this beautiful room. Should it be a colorful evening full of interesting, musical, or humorous contributions? With our professional light and sound system and enough space for a stage, you can hire a small band, perform something yourself, or simply get your guests dancing!
TYROLEAN BAR
Our “Tyrolean Bar” will not only heat up the Tyroleans among you! A rustic and quaint atmosphere, with benches and tables made of old wood and a large fireplace, provide the right mood. Next to the bar is a suitable place to possibly hire a small band for entertainment. The professional lighting required for this is definitely available!
ENTRYWAY
The entryway is available to you as a cozy and charming common area in a warm atmosphere. Around the enchanting small stone table, on comfortable cushions, more than 15 people can find a place and let the tranquility of the stone vault affect them.
WINTER GARDEN
Are you looking for a retreat space for a small group? Then why not use our conservatory? With comfortable seating, a harp, and an electric fireplace, the room is very well-suited for smaller gatherings.
Campfire
Does a cozy gathering around a campfire sound tempting to you? Then make use of our charming fire pit in the courtyard! For a small fee, we'll provide you with firewood directly.
Small Spots and Terraces
Small and large terraces in individual and tasteful styles invite you to sit and relax. So that you can truly enjoy your break in the sun, we provide cushions for chairs and benches free of charge.
Privacy
As we make our seminar center exclusively available to you for groups of 15 or more, you will only encounter the participants of your own group in the entire house, apart from the team and possibly the house owners. This ensures the necessary privacy and offers plenty of space for undisturbed conversations.
